Complaints regulations

  1. Complaints should be submitted to the e-mail reklamacje@alex-electro.com or in another manner agreed with Elektro Alex Sp. z o. o. (hereinafter referred to as the Seller). The reconciliation of another form of complaint requires written form for its validity (written form also means correspondence via e-mail).
  2. After receiving the parcel, the customer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) is obliged to check whether the delivered goods are in accordance with the order and whether they are complete and that there are no order deficiencies, which should be immediately notified to the seller, not later than within 2 days from the date of receipt.
  3. If the parcel has signs of damage (torn foil, damaged cardboard, dent, tear, etc.), the goods are not in accordance with the order or the goods are incomplete, upon receipt, write a report with the supplier delivering the parcel. To maintain its validity, the protocol must be signed by the Buyer and the supplier.
  4. The buyer is obliged to check the delivered goods for mechanical damage in the presence of a representative of the company supplying the goods or immediately after delivery. All visible damages should be reported in writing or via e-mail (address indicated in point 1) under pain of nullity, within 2 days from the day of delivery.
  5. If a complaint is made after a specified period, the Seller reserves the right to reject it.
  6. Complaints about quality defects that are not a consequence of improper use and are not a consequence of the natural use of the purchased product, arising after the purchase or invisible defects that exist at the time of purchase can be reported during the entire warranty period of the product.
  7. The basis for starting the complaint process is submitting a complaint in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations. The complaint must specify: the type and exact questioned damage, invoice / receipt number, exact description of the complaint, description of the defect (photographic documentation), contact details of the person submitting the complaint.
  8. If the required documents are not provided, Elektro Alex Sp. z o. o., reserves the right not to consider a complaint.
  9. The complained goods for the duration of the considered complaint should be left at the disposal of Elektro Alex Sp. z o. o. A refusal to hand over a defective product to the Seller within a specified period of time constitutes the basis for rejecting the complaint.
  10. Elektro Alex Sp. z o. o. Will consider the complaint as soon as possible. Immediately after considering the complaint, the Customer will be notified of the decision on the complaint.
  11. Complaint submission does not release the Customer from payment for the purchased goods and does not entitle him to make deductions without the prior consent of the Seller.
